Refund Policy

1. Free trial
Every new Luminous subscription includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then from your account page with no charge.
2. Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time and you will retain access until the end of the current paid period. First-time paid subscriptions are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. After that period, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
3. Annual plans
If you cancel an annual plan within 30 days of the initial paid charge, contact us at desilvayalina@gmail.com for a full refund. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the term.
4. How to cancel
Cancel any time from your account via the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund prior periods.
5. Exceptions
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or experienced a sustained service outage that prevented use of paid features, contact us at desilvayalina@gmail.com within 30 days and we will make it right.
